Two New Middle Schools Coming To Allentown, Harrison Morton MS To Be Demolished & Replaced

Harrison Morton Middle School will be demolished & replaced by two new middle schools on Allentown’s Eastside, one of which will begin construction in 2023. One of the new schools will be built on the Mosser Woods property & will house 750 student. This school will cost the city $82.8M to build. The other school which will replace HMMS begins construction in 2027 & will open in 2029. This replacement is estimated to cost $95.4M.
