Ticketmaster customers will reportedly have to submit a negative COVID-19 test taken within a 24-72 hour window prior to future concerts via third party medical apps on their cellphone. The company will use its own app, health info firms such as CLEAR Health Pass or IBM, along with testing & vaccination distributers to verify concert-goers health status. Ticketmaster will not store nor access customers medical information if the plan is approved. Anyone who is not screened or tests positive will prohibited from the venue. Ticketmaster’s digital ticketing app would also eliminate the use of paper tickets & prevents them from being resold.
