Car Accident Involving APD & Civilian Near 8th St. Bridge in Allentown

The scene of a car accident at the end of the of the 8th St. Bridge involving the APD & a civilian. Sources say the cops were going up the one way on the north end of the bridge responding to a fire, possibly the the fire on Tilghman St. that also occurred this morning. No reports on any injuries, yet. Hopefully none to serious.
